Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project closeout.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure quality and timeliness.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers to execute the client's vision.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards while proactively solving issues.

• Provide leadership and clear communication to ensure seamless daily operations.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up custom home construction, with a track record of delivering high-end luxury residences.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, detail-driven projects.

• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes specific to South Florida.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• A proactive, hands-on leader with an eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
