Description

The Construction Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Public Projects is responsible for:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Manage ground-up public works projects such as water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and large parks/athletic fields.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers, fostering professional growth and team development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and project reports to ensure financial targets are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain seamless execution.
• Contribute to long-term company strategy and leadership transition planning.

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience with waste water / public projects
• Proven track record of mentoring teams and managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, safety standards, and scheduling tools.
• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam
• strong leadership and communication skills
• A desire to grow within a stable, family-owned company and contribute to its long-term success.

Job Offer
