Manager of Accounting Automation
A leading global technology company is seeking a Manager of Accounting Automation to transform accounting processes through automation, business intelligence, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

They deliver solutions that acquire, process, analyze, store, print, and present data in various usable forms, enhancing the quality, productivity, and profitability of businesses.
Description
Oversee the automation of accounting processes, including outsourcing Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Select and implement RPA solutions to automate manual tasks across departments.
Develop and maintain software robots (BOTS) in collaboration with third-party providers.
Implement business intelligence systems for enhanced reporting and decision-making.
Monitor and maintain third-party and software systems, ensuring timely error resolution.
Collaborate with various functions to improve efficiencies and automate workflows.
Work with internal auditors and staff to ensure safeguards in the automation process.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics, with 5-8 years of business experience. Strong quantitative, analytical, ERP, and PC skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new tools and skills are also important.
