Description

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Bedford, NH - Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost management/budget, contract administration, and safety management for ongoing projects.
• Lead and manage the Project Coordinators who support the Project Manager with day-to-day construction activities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget, handling both ground-up new construction and renovation projects.
• Take accountability for the successful execution of commercial projects, particularly those ranging from $1M to $20M in value.

Profile

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Bedford, NH - Will have

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience with ground-up commercial projects, especially those valued between $1M and $20M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam software.

Job Offer

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Bedford, NH - Will receive

• $100K - $120K base salary, with vehicle allowance & gas card, 401(k) plan, healthcare/dental benefits, paid vacation and sick time.
