Client Details

An established and reputable General Contractor specializing in ground-up Commercial construction is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. This company has built a strong reputation delivering projects across Industrial, Retail, Office, Restaurant, and Fuel Station sectors throughout the region.

Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout on projects ranging from $2M-$20M+

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

• Oversee project scheduling, cost control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Maintain safety, quality, and communication standards on-site and in the office

• Mentor and lead field and office staff to ensure successful project execution

Profile

• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

• Strong background in industrial, fuel, retail, or restaurant builds is highly preferred

• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)

• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget

Job Offer

• $110-120k Salary
