The VP of Sales and Enrollment is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels by overseeing business development, account management, enrollment, and sales operations.

Description
Develop and execute sales strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee multiple sales functions: Manage and coordinate business development, account management, enrollment, and sales operations teams.
Optimize sales processes: Enhance efficiency and resource utilization across all sales functions.
Manage B2B and B2C sales: Implement tailored strategies for both business-to-business and high-volume business-to-consumer sales channels.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and technology departments to align sales efforts.
Maintain customer and partner relationships: Engage with major customers and third-party funding partners to ensure successful program listings and conversions.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with over 10 years of experience in B2B and B2C environments, demonstrating a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading diverse teams, and driving revenue growth in the education or e-learning industry
