- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve issues
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
