Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of the construction project. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Client Details
General Contractor that's local to the Colorado market and has been building with top clients for over a decade. Their projects include ground up and TI Restaurants, Breweries, Retail and other commercial builds.
They are looking for a Project Manager that's driven and wants an opportunity for uncapped growth to join their team.
Description
Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include:
- Develop project planes, timelines, and schedules, and ensure the align with the client expectations.
- Create and manage the project budget.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate construction workers, architects, and engineers.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Profile
The Construction Project Manager will have the following:
- 4 year degree in related field
- minimum 3 years as a Construction Project Manager
- Commercial Construction experience (Projects up to $10M in value)
- Experience using Procore
- Willingness to learn and grow
