Superintendent - Corporate Interiors
Our client, a leading Boston based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent for corporate interior projects throughout Boston.

Description
As the Superintendent you will:
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and project managers
- Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain project documentation
- Resolve field issues in real-time to keep projects on track
- Manage material deliveries, logistics, and jobsite organization
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship
Profile
The successful Superintendent will have:
- Experience in high end corporate interiors or Life Science TIs in Downtown Boston
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team
- Ability to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston markets
- Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines
- Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have MA-CSL and OSHA certifications
