CNC Programming Engineer - Precision Machining - Dover, NH
This CNC Programmer Engineer involves programming and setting up advanced CNC machines to produce precision components, while developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. The engineer works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

Description
This CNC Programming Engineer will:
- Program and set up CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
- Create and maintain documentation, including setup sheets, tool sheets, and work instructions.
- Determine fixturing and machining parameters to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and management on project quotes and process improvements.
- Support production planning and help drive efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and enhance machining processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all company quality, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Profile
A successful CNC Programmer Engineer will have:
- 10 + years of experience in custom CNC machining and tooling.
- Proficient in Mastercam and G-code programming; experience with Fanuc controllers.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring instruments.
- Skilled in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred but not required.
