Lead Superintendent
We're seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong background in the Property and Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing all phases of our construction project from initial planning to completion.

Description
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the construction project
- Coordinate with project staff to ensure project adherence to standards
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
- Work closely with the project team to maintain project schedule
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Profile
A successful 'Lead Superintendent' should have:
- Proven experience in the Property and Construction industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Job Offer
- An estimated annual salary range of $108,000 - $132,000 USD
