Lead Superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong background in the Property and Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing all phases of our construction project from initial planning to completion.

Description

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate with project staff to ensure project adherence to standards
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
• Work closely with the project team to maintain project schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Profile

A successful 'Lead Superintendent' should have:

• Proven experience in the Property and Construction industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Offer

• An estimated annual salary range of $108,000 - $132,000 USD
