MEP Superintendent/Project Manager

The MEP Superintendent/Project Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for affordable housing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role is a crucial part of the Property industry and will be based in the Bronx.

Description

• Lead ground up affordable housing and LIHTC preservation projects in NY
• Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Review design documents and provide input to optimize efficiency and functionality.
• Resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in the Bronx.
• Train and mentor site staff to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Profile

A successful MEP Superintendent/Project Manager should have:
