Description
Experienced and detail oriented Project Manager is sought to join a top ENR general contractor's growing Charlotte office. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving their continued success throughout the Charlotte market, managing their award winning multifamily construction projects and mentoring their excellent project management team. This individual will report directly to the Project Executive and be responsible for managing their projects from inception to close out, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Review plans, specifications, and client requirements
- Initiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan discrepancies
- Process, review, and track submittals
- Review design and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedule

Profile
Construction Project Manager - Multifamily GC - Charlotte should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
- A proven track record of running multifamily projects, $15M to $100M+.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
- Must have Procore experience
- Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Offer
Construction Project Manager - Multifamily GC - Charlotte will receive:
- Base salary between $110,000 to $150,000 - Dependent on experience
- Both project and annual bonus program
