Superintendent- Hospitality Projects

We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior build-out projects across South Florida's vibrant hospitality and Class A office space sectors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality project delivery.

Our client is a well-established general contractor headquartered in Miami, Florida, with a strong reputation for delivering high-end hospitality venues-including award-winning restaurants, lounges, and boutique hotels-as well as state-of-the-art Class A commercial office interiors. Known for their collaborative approach and attention to detail, this firm has become a trusted partner to some of the region's most notable developers and business owners. Their portfolio includes both new construction and complex interior renovations, with projects ranging from $2M to $25M in value.

Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and schedule updates

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors

  • Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

  • Drive the project schedule and proactively resolve jobsite issues to avoid delays

  • Ensure craftsmanship and finish standards align with hospitality and Class A office expectations

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in hospitality and/or high-end commercial interiors

  • Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, permitting, and inspection processes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades on complex, fast-paced job sites

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
