Senior Project Manager- Hi-Rise Multifamily

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering high-rise multifamily developments to lead major projects in the heart of Miami. Description

• Oversee all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Lead internal teams including superintendents, project engineers, and assistant PMs, ensuring coordination and accountability across trades.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality standards.

• Provide consistent reporting to ownership and executive leadership on project progress and challenges.

• Foster a safety-first culture and maintain strict adherence to company and OSHA guidelines.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, with at least 3+ years in a senior-level project management role.

• Proven track record leading high-rise developments (15+ stories) in urban environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
