Superintendent- Hospitality Projects
We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior build-out projects across South Florida's vibrant hospitality and Class A office space sectors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality project delivery.

Our client is a well-established general contractor headquartered in Miami, Florida, with a strong reputation for delivering high-end hospitality venues-including award-winning restaurants, lounges, and boutique hotels-as well as state-of-the-art Class A commercial office interiors. Known for their collaborative approach and attention to detail, this firm has become a trusted partner to some of the region's most notable developers and business owners. Their portfolio includes both new construction and complex interior renovations, with projects ranging from $2M to $25M in value.
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and schedule updates
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors
Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Drive the project schedule and proactively resolve jobsite issues to avoid delays
Ensure craftsmanship and finish standards align with hospitality and Class A office expectations
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in hospitality and/or high-end commercial interiors
Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
Proven ability to manage multiple trades on complex, fast-paced job sites
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ($100K-$130K+, depending on experience)
