Construction Senior Project Manager
Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in multifamily and commercial projects? We're a well-established General Contractor based in San Diego, and we're looking for a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Description
Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication
Oversee field operations and work closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead project meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Mentor and support junior project management staff
Profile
8+ years of experience in building and construction project management
- 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Senior Project Manager
Proven track record managing multifamily and/or commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Job Offer
Construction Senior Project Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 DOE
