Construction Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects in the Lehigh Valley, PA, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with a strong background in managing field operations and coordinating subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Description
Oversee daily operations of construction sites to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project completion.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
Profile
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a construction superintendent, with a solid background in managing commercial or residential projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resolve issues on the fly.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
