Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial interior renovation projects ranging from $750K to $3M. With an average project turnover of 12-20 weeks, you will oversee everything from initial planning through to final delivery. If you have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors and are skilled in managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one project at a time, with an average project size of 10,000 sq. ft.
- Prepare and track the 2-week look-ahead schedule.
- Foster positive client relationships from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Procore for project management and communication.
- Maintain a safe and efficient jobsite.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, project managers, and office teams.
Profile
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - Award Winning GC will be:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial interiors.
- Experience with office renovations, law firms, tech companies, and similar projects.
- Proficiency in Procore.
- OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead projects efficiently.
