Senior PM - Commercial Interiors - Top GC in NOVA
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of high-end commercial interiors projects. Project values will range from $750k - $20M+

This industry-leading organization is based out of the Arlington, VA area - they have has been in the business for 30+ years and now operate in more than 6 major cities across the U.S. They specialize in a variety of high-end commercial interiors projects, with project values ranging from $500k - $20M+.
They have recently completed a 35,000 sq. ft. Class-A Office Building re-positioning including a complete renovation of the lobby & interior facade, a 50,000 sq. ft. occupied phased-in-place renovation, a 42,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-out, and a 151,000 sq. ft. tenant interior build-out.

Description
- Oversee all facets of high-end commercial interiors projects ranging from $750k - $20M+
- Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Effectively communicate project details and updates
- Work in collaboration with estimators/preconstruction
- Establish and maintain working relationships with project team, internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage change order process
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors
- Manage/mentor more junior staff members
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- +/- 8-15 years of construction industry experience
- General Contracting background
- Strong tenure at current and previous employers
- Experience overseeing high end commercial interiors projects. Project values can range from $500k - $20M+
- Demonstrated history of client satisfaction and profitability
- Experience leading and training junior staff members
- OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam
- Understanding of Primavera and BIM preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
