Description

• Manage and execute corporate action events, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile corporate action transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all corporate actions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and adhere to compliance regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and interpret corporate action information to provide accurate reporting.
• Support the banking and financial services department with related administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the corporate actions function.
