Preconstruction Engineer

The Multifamily Preconstruction Engineer will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of multifamily residential projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are well-defined, feasible, and efficiently executed from the preconstruction phase through to the start of construction.

Description

Responsibilities for a Preconstruction Engineer:

• Work closely with the team to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain comprehensive documents including reports, drawings, and correspondences.
• Develop estimates and schedules in collaboration with team members.

Profile

The Preconstruction Engineer must have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in construction as an Estimator or Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in construction management software, cost estimating tools, and project scheduling software.
