Superintendent - Public/SCA
This role is ideal for a superintendent with proven experience on SCA and other NYC public agency projects, overseeing all phases of site construction. You'll be responsible for managing field operations, enforcing compliance standards, coordinating trades, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Description
Oversee day-to-day field activities on NYC public projects
Enforce SCA, DOB, and safety compliance
Manage subcontractor performance and trade sequencing
Monitor project schedule and coordinate inspections
Serve as liaison with school officials, inspectors, and city agencies
Profile
5+ years of NYC public work experience, including SCA projects
Strong familiarity with SCA/DOB inspection processes and paperwork
OSHA 30 certified, SST card preferred
Able to maintain strict site safety and documentation standards
Clear communicator with agency representatives and internal teams
