Description

• Oversee full lifecycle of assigned public projects, from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFI's, change orders, schedules, and monthly reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project execution
• Attend job meetings, track progress, and maintain budget and invoicing controls
• Ensure all work adheres to city safety codes and client specifications
• Navigate background check process (required upon offer)

Profile

• 7-10 years of construction experience with a focus on public sector work
• Holds a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of ground-up or heavy renovation processes
• Experienced in managing MS Office Suite, network drives, and digital project documentation
• Professional, organized, and capable of running multi-year construction projects independently
