Engineering Manager | Machining | Buffalo Grove, IL
The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee all Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) functions. The Engineering Manager will supervise engineering teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support quality engineering and tool design while working cross-functionally with the other management team members on-site.

Description
- Oversee team of senior manufacturing engineers and continue to grow the team in the coming years
- Lead NPI efforts
- Develop and track manufacturing KPIs
- Interact with clients to understand custom device specifications
- Oversee all precision machining operations on the manufacturing floor
- Develop and implement most efficient manufacturing processes
Profile
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
- Strong NPI experience
- Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, etc.)
- Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience
Job Offer
- Base salary between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience
- Unlimited PTO
- 10% annual bonus incentive
