My client is a prominent OPM based in Boston's Seaport area, specializing in prestigious public and higher ed projects across the city and nearby suburbs. Established in 2000 they have built a strong reputation in the industry. Their core expertise lies in public projects, K-12, higher ed, as well as commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million.

Description

• Assist in leading project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
• Help oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
• Help lead potential business development meetings and proposals
• Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
• Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience with public projects
• Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
• Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
