Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee civil or structural engineering projects, manage a dedicated team, and serve as the primary point of contact for public‑sector clients. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step toward strategic leadership.

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple complex projects
• Oversee project scope, budget, scheduling, and client communication
• Manage proposals, participate in business development, and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior and senior staff

• Site planning & land development
• Grading and stormwater management
• NJ or NYC permitting

Profile

• 6-12 years of civil or structural engineering experience
• BS in Civil Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or strong path toward licensure
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Experience with NJ or NYC agencies strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, clients, and project workflows
