We are seeking a Project Manager (or an experienced APM ready to step up) to join a growing team in Greensboro, NC. This role offers the chance to manage full-cycle multifamily projects, including ground-up and HUD redevelopment work, with budgets ranging from $15M to $45M.

Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
