As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of Multifamily projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.

Description

Responsibilities of a Project Executive Include:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance project delivery capabilities.

Profile

The Successful Project Executive Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing industrial and manufacturing projects, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily processes and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for motivating teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
  • 15+ Years in the multifamily construction industry.
  • Must be doing general contracting will not consider developers or owner reps.
