The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager leads safety, environmental, and sanitation programs to ensure regulatory compliance, protect employees, and reduce the company's environmental impact and liability. This role involves driving continuous improvements in safety culture, risk management, and employee engagement through education, leadership, and process optimization.

Description
As the EHS manager you will:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative safety programs and policies.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and advise leadership on new legislation.
- Oversee all EHS record-keeping and campus-wide service contracts.
- Manage and mentor facilities cleaners, setting priorities and driving performance.
- Track and analyze safety metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
- Oversee safety tickets, access systems, and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct impactful weekly safety audits and implement proactive solutions.
- Foster a dynamic safety culture with employee engagement and best practices.
- Establish high standards for cleanliness and facility maintenance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in safety leadership and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and manage safety programs.
- Skilled in incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
- Strong hazard recognition and risk mitigation abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
