International Sales Manager - Aerospace Parts - Central Jersey

The Business Unit Manager is responsible for driving business performance, including Profit and Loss (P&L) management, achieving annual targets. This role encompasses leading a cross-functional team to drive new business opportunities, prepare proposals, secure bookings (orders), and maintain customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include setting the annual business plan, contract negotiations, and other strategic duties.
