Client Details
Leading multifamily builder in the South Florida market with office local to Miami, FL. They focus in the multifamily sector on luxury projects from $50-200M mixed use, multifamily, high rise buildings. Seeking junior talent that is educated and has a little experience in the industry for an entry level project engineer that will be focused on site duties and assisting in document control.
Description
- Maintain and organize project documents, including RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure document accuracy and availability.
- Track and manage construction schedules, meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Assist in communication with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support quality control and compliance processes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably multifamily projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
