Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial
Client Details
A confidential commercial builder specializing in smaller ground‑up and tenant‑improvement projects in the $10M-$15M range. Their project mix includes retail, medical offices, and site‑driven commercial work. The team is growing and needs a superintendent capable of stepping into active projects immediately.Description
- Lead field operations for a $2M ground‑up retail/hunting/fishing store
- Oversee construction of a large‑footprint, simple big‑box‑style structure
- Manage an $8M medical office build‑out starting April 1 (slab work, framing, interiors)
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control
- Execute build‑out of an MRI room and multiple exam rooms (no prior healthcare experience required)
Profile
Someone who possesses a balanced mix of technical expertise, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience across a wide range of construction projects. This individual should be able to efficiently manage multiple projects, navigate the unique demands of both sectors, and ensure that all aspects of the construction process are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Offer
- Base salary: $120,000 and $130,000 yearly
