Assistant Project Manager - High End Residential Construction
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-end residential projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience- with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.

Description
Support Project Managers in day-to-day operations on custom residential projects averaging $1.8M
Assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and procurement
Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Work onsite and in-office, collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and subcontractors
Profile
0-2+ years of relevant experience (construction degree preferred)
Experience with residential construction preferred; open to candidates with commercial construction backgrounds, especially those familiar with structured processes and documentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Buildertrend experience a plus (but not required)
Job Offer
Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience
