Project Manager - Owners Rep - MultiFamily Projects
As a Project Manager, you will act as the client's trusted advisor, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and construction administration. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join a dynamic Owner's Representative firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with client goals
- Monitor construction progress and proactively address issues or delays
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate development industry
- Proven experience working as an Owner's Representative is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
