Process Engineer - Plastics Engineering - New Hampshire

My client is actively seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining plastic molding processes that ensure the production of high-quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires hands-on problem solving, process documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Description

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design, enhance, and develop manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to implement new strategies.
• Ability to operate process related equipment independently.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on process improvements and project status.

Profile

A successful Process Engineer should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering
• 3+ years of experience in plastics engineering
• Injection molding is a requirement
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and injection molding processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in technical software and a strong understanding of safety regulations.
