As the Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, providing insights that drive decision-making and support business objectives.

This position offers the opportunity to lead financial operations within a growth-focused environment and contribute to the strategic financial direction of the organization.
Description
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting to ensure financial goals are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
- Audit Management: Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity to support operations and growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and long-term planning initiatives.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing accounting teams.
