Payroll & Budgeting Manager
This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with labor laws, and strategic management of compensation costs. The Payroll Manager will collaborate with HR and Finance to optimize payroll functions and support workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary payments, overtime, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies; support internal and external audits.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollments, deductions, and compliance with benefits regulations.
Budgeting & Labor Cost Analysis: Develop and manage labor cost budgets, analyze payroll trends, and provide financial insights to management.
Payroll Systems & Reporting: Maintain payroll software, generate reports, and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Employee Support: Address payroll and benefits-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in payroll and HRIS software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
