Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Claremont, NH

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will lead the Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. shift. In this role you will oversee 20 production associates on the manufacturing floor.

Description

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing 20 employees on the manufacturing floor
• Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.
• Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.
• Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.
• Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.
• Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.
• Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.
• Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.
• Contribute to the company's positive company culture

Profile

The successful 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:

• Experience managing others within a manufacturign environment
• Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams.
• Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.
• Positive mindset, strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
