Project Engineer-West Palm Beach

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 2-3 years of commercial construction experience to support a range of high-profile projects in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with overall project coordination

• Help track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs

• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

• Participate in job site meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items

• Support in the preparation of change orders, cost estimates, and document control

• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction (general contractor experience strongly preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
