Superintendent- High End Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations of high-end commercial projects across Miami, including upscale restaurants, boutique office spaces, and retail environments. Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.

• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.

• Review plans and specifications, identifying potential issues or conflicts before they arise.

• Ensure quality control and enforce safety protocols on-site.

• Lead daily site meetings and prepare progress reports.

Profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically on high-end commercial interiors.

• Proven ability to lead complex restaurant, retail, and/or boutique office buildouts.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods, finishes, and building systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with South Florida building codes.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Job Offer
