Superintendent- High End Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations of high-end commercial projects across Miami, including upscale restaurants, boutique office spaces, and retail environments. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of premium projects and a reputation for excellence.

With a proven track record of delivering luxury hospitality, retail, and office spaces, the company is known for its attention to detail, strong subcontractor relationships, and ability to execute on complex architectural visions. Their culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Description
Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Review plans and specifications, identifying potential issues or conflicts before they arise.
Ensure quality control and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Lead daily site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Profile
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically on high-end commercial interiors.
Proven ability to lead complex restaurant, retail, and/or boutique office buildouts.
Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods, finishes, and building systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with South Florida building codes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
Bonus structure based on project performance and timelines.
