Superintendent- High End Commercial/Residential Construction

A leading General Contractor in West Palm Beach is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with a background in high-end commercial and residential construction. This role offers the opportunity to lead luxury projects from the ground up in one of Florida's most exclusive markets.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and labor to ensure smooth workflow.

• Communicate project status regularly with Project Managers and stakeholders.

• Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and design intent.

• Lead and motivate on-site teams to meet high-performance standards.

• Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential and/or commercial construction.

• Proven track record managing high-end, detail-oriented builds from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and manage construction schedules effectively.

• Experience working in Palm Beach or similar high-end markets is highly desirable.

• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
