Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across the U.S. With decades of industry experience, they specialize in ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and large-scale renovations in sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, light industrial, and office spaces.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, hospitality, office, etc.)
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Travel to various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or project-based schedule

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
