Production Planner
The Production Planner is responsible for issuing work orders and monitoring production to ensure projects stay on schedule. This role requires 3-5 years of supply chain experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and manufacturing documentation.

Description
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Issue and track work orders, monitoring production progress to identify and resolve potential delays.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and quality to align production priorities.
Analyze manufacturing procedures, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate and efficient planning.
Adjust plans based on shifting priorities, resource availability, and customer demand in a fast-paced environment.
Support small-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Maintain detailed planning documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Profile
An organized, detail-driven planner with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or production planning. Skilled in analyzing manufacturing data, managing shifting priorities, and collaborating across teams, they bring a proactive mindset, strong Excel skills, and a clear focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
