Construction Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Interiors
As an Assistant Project Manager in commercial interiors, you will immediately contribute to high-profile office fit-out projects in Manhattan. This role offers an accelerated path to becoming a Project Manager, with hands-on experience across all project phases.
Client Details
A well-established, specializing in commercial interior construction, known for its family-oriented, supportive culture. They manage $5M tenant fit-outs for top clients, such as SL Green Realty, and have a strong project pipeline in Manhattan.
Description
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and closeouts to ensure project success.
- Oversee daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Support client meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly for tenant fit-out projects.
- Contribute to training and development of the next generation of APMs.
Profile
You will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in commercial interiors. You are ready to hit the ground running and have the ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Job Offer
