IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support within the professional services industry. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Description
- Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring optimal operation of technology resources.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and practices.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new applications and updates.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends to recommend improvements.

Profile
A successful IT Support Specialist should have:
- A degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
