Description

Assistant Project Manager - Construction

  • Assist in managing luxury residential interior construction projects in New York City from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Utilize Procore software to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
