Travelling Superintendent

Our client, a respected general contractor headquartered in Memphis, is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout the region.

Description
- Oversee onsite construction activities across various project locations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Serve as the primary onsite leader and point of contact for field operations.
- Travel regularly to project sites, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for project assignments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
