Description

• Oversee onsite construction activities across various project locations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader and point of contact for field operations.
• Travel regularly to project sites, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for project assignments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
