Business Development Specialist - Legal - NYC
Excellent Business Development Specialist opportunity at a well-known global law firm. This role will include, but will not be limited to, managing proposals, pitches and presentations, facilitate client events, and coordinate client targeting.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation and management of all proposals, credentials, pitches, and presentations, analyzing results to continuously refine our approach.
- Serve as a key administrator for our marketing systems, maintaining the integrity of our lawyer experience, client database, and matter capture.
- Provide strategic insights to the firm by researching and analyzing market trends, key cases, and enforcement matters.
- Coordinate firm-wide client targeting initiatives by sharing critical market intelligence with relevant teams.
- Proactively identify and support opportunities for cross-practice and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
- Take ownership of planning and executing high-impact client events and seminars.
- Oversee all deliverables for firm sponsorships, ensuring maximum value and visibility.
- Partner closely with our PR, Social Media, and Directory teams to enhance the firm's brand and reputation through strategic coverage and rankings.
Profile
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a legal firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Culturally astute, collaborative, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Interest in energy and infrastructure sectors preferred.
