Description

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight across multiple projects within the Life Science and Pharmaceutical market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction professionals.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support project pursuits and grow client relationships.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and project financials.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Profile

• 15+ years experience with a general contractor or construction management firm
• MUST have previous life science/pharmaceutical project experience
• 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
• Advanced level degree preferred but not required
• Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
• Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
• Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: Procore, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT

• Salary 130-180K+ commensurate with experience
